Keene Student Rentals has been in business since 1999. Our business has been built on high quality apartments designed specifically for the needs of college students. We house over 250 students each year at our 85 apartments and locations. All of our locations are walking distance to school.

Our apartments and houses are all within walking distance to school. All have been newly renovated with new kitchens, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, and new appliances. We pride ourselves on our design and our dedication to the best off campus experience for each student.
Student Office:
We understand the commitment that is expected when renting to college students. Keene Student Rentals has a Student Office one block from school. Our full time office staff is here to ensure our college students whom reside with us are taken care of on a daily basis. Our office is located across the street from Keene State College.
Communication:
We are available by phone, email or texting. We offer an emergency line and respond to every call. Our reputation is built on the service we provide to our student tenants. We are available at our office Monday through Friday to assist all of our students with any issues or questions that may arise. For weekends and emergencies we are available by email or text 24 hours.
